Hope Hollkamp and Jacob Theisen’s destination wedding in the Florida Keys.

Any bride even considering a destination wedding should run out any pick up this magazine and visit their website. What a great resource! There are tons of  pictures and planning tips give you ideas.

Hope and Jacob are high school sweethearts from Orlando. They managed to find one of the best locations we have ever worked. We had no idea this gem was hidden just 30 minutes north of Key West, in the Florida Keys. Even if you don’t get married here, you should at least plan a relaxing visit Hawks Cay. You won’t be disappointed.

Hope and Jacob’s wedding on March 21, 2009: Hawks Cay Island Resort, Duck Key, Florida  – Wedding produced by Heather Snively of Weddings Unique  

Duck Key is 15 miles east of Marathon and 61 miles east of Key West00011We did a “trash the dress” shoot on Thursday 3/19/09. Hope and Jacob looked great and the Florida Keys make a fabulous background.0009We had a variety of weather conditions during our 90 minute shoot. I like the drama of this one.

InStyle Weddings Feature

Backstreet Boy Howie D and Leigh Boniello’s Wedding Story.

What an honor to have a wedding featured by InStyle Weddings magazine.  The couple, Leigh and Howie D of the Backstreet Boys were married at St. James Cathedral in downtown Orlando.  They took a helicopter to the reception location, which was at a private residence in Groveland.  This was Damon’s first time riding in one and he managed to get some really cool pictures.  The wedding was produced by celebrity wedding planner Heather Snively of Weddings Unique and the stunning decorations were done by Botanica International.
