Welcome to our blog. Rosy and I thought we would share some of the craziness of our life. I love to surf, Rosy loves to work and we both love to travel. Even as a photographer it is hard to get a shot of yourself that you love; this picture is one of our favorites. It was taken on a trip to Europe a few years ago. We were on the tube heading back to the hotel after eating the best Indian food in Brick Lane. We had had a couple drinks and got a little click happy with the D2xs, but it turned out to be a cool shot. Anyway, thanks for stopping by and welcome to our lives.

P.S. The cute little puppy up top is Zeke. He is a rescue that Rosy had to have, so we adopted him in November and life has not been the same since. Don't let the picture fool you, Marley doesn't have anything on this 50 pound terror.

Journey of a Quad/Making a new fish in my garage

This is my journey of a quad.

I have been working on this in my spare time for the last 2 weeks.

Here is the blank fresh out of the mold.

We have drawn out the template. This will be the shape of our new fish.
001 This has been cut and the outer crust skinned. Back to the shaping bay (garage) for some refinements. 003 Here are some color options. We are going for an old school resin tint look. 007 Deck is prepped and ready to laminate. 004 We ended up going going electric green. It should look cool when we polish it up. 008 Now we have to lam the deck. 009 Deck is lammed. Now we have to sand and get ready for the hotcoat. I have to actually WORK now so it will probably be a week before I get to work on the 6′3″ fish again. She is about halfway done and begining to look like something. 010
